CONSIDERATIONS
 |
If there
are a lot of young children (under 4) we will assume their parents
will stay at the party and join in with their children
|

|
The bill will
be sent to you with the invitations but apart from the deposit
(£30.00 to secure the date and time of the party we do not require
payment until the day of the party |
|
|
We try to be
flexible with the times for the parties but our suggested times for
weekends are 10.30am- 12.30pm or 3pm – 5pm. For weekdays 4.00pm –
6.00pm is suggested. (Please note - we need approximately an hour for
set up and 45 mins for clearing up) The best
equipment for crafts are tables and chairs and whilst we can be
fairly flexible have found that making crafts on the floor does not
work well |

Because of the
crafts we make, we suggest the parents don’t need ‘party bags’ but
are happy to incorporate any extra gifts the parent wishes to
provide |
|

We would
appreciate you sending us a list of the children’s names at least a
week before the party |
|
|
If you can’t
make up your mind why not consider a joint party and spread the
cost! |
